At Diamond Events we have the experience like none other. From Full planning to Bespoke planning, regardless of when you want us to get involved. Our couples have always appreciated our ability to save them time, money and stress when planning their events. Our planning services apply to the main event and any other wedding celebrations you may like us to be involved in. We regularly manage Civil Ceremonies, Asian wedding Ceremonies, Receptions and Mehndi and Sangeet functions.

Destination Wedding Planning
Our Diamond package is to ensure hassle free planning of your overseas event. We are here to help plan and research your requirements and we ensure that we look after every small request and detail that you may have.
Diamond Package includes:
- Initial consultation to get to know you and your vision
- Full Budget planning and management
- Our professional advice and Creative design and input
- Communication via telephone and email with regular face to face meetings
- Researching and reviewing destination options
- Researching and reviewing venues within chosen destination
- Site visit to the final chosen destination and venue shortlist
- Event supplier sourcing (UK or overseas supplier)
- Supplier management & coordination
- Negotiations of Guest travel and accommodation rates
- Assisting with Guest flight and accommodation bookings
- RSVP Management
- Our Lead and Assistant planners arrive 2 days prior to the events to ensure everything is in place as planned
- Our planners will manage all guest arrival and transportation
- Producing to scale floor plans for each event and venue
- Our coordinators will be present over all the event days to coordinate and execute the itinerary
(PLEASE NOTE: Flights and accommodation for site visits and at the time of the event are to be covered by the client)
Full Planning
Our Ruby package is our full planning package, which takes away the stress from the bride and groom in organising such a big and important event. We work with you to make your vision of your dream event come alive. With your input we will design, plan, manage and execute the event. We are here from start to finish of this beautiful journey to create an event that leaves for you and your guests a lifetime of memories.
Ruby Package Includes:
- Initial consultation to get to know you and your vision

- Communication via telephone and email with regular face to face meetings
- Venue options and sourcing (including accompanied visits)
- Event supplier sourcing
- Supplier management & coordination
- RSVP management
- Producing to scale floor plans
- Produce a detailed timetable, schedule and itinerary
- On the day coordination
Bespoke Planning
Our Sapphire Package is our bespoke planning package, where we create a tailor made package designed to suit your requirements. You may have already booked your venue or selected some of suppliers and just need that extra help, advice and guidance.
The Sapphire Package allows you to decide what you need from us and how involved you would like us to be.
Sapphire Package includes:
- Initial consultation to get to know you and your vision
- Full Budget planning and management
- Our professional advice and Creative design and input
- Communication via telephone and email with regular face to face meetings
- Venue and Event supplier sourcing (if required)
- Supplier management t & coordination
- Producing to scale floor plans
- Produce a detailed timetable, schedule and itinerary
- On the day coordination
- Any other elements that you would like us to be involved with
Event Day Coordination
Our Emerald package is perfect if you prefer to plan your event but need someone to ensure it runs and flows smoothly on the day. Diamond Events will get involved 6 weeks prior to the function date to guarantee a smooth handover and assist you those all the important details.
Emerald Package Includes:
- Initial consultation
- A handover meeting 6 weeks prior to the function day
- Providing ongoing consultation and advice
- Managing, coordinating and supervising all the existing suppliers
- Last minute supplier sourcing (if required)
- Becoming the venue and supplier point of contact
- Overseeing all elements of set up
- Assistance in producing to scale floor plans
- Assistance in producing a detailed timetable, schedule and itinerary
- On the day coordination
